What Phoenix Customers Say

Rustam was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and honest. After taking a look at my appliance, he actually recommended that I replace it instead of spending money on a repair that probably wouldn’t be worth it in the long run. I really appreciated his honesty, he wasn’t just trying to sell me a service for an appliance that’s already falling apart. He was very professional, respectful, and helpful. I 100% recommend TrustPro Appliance! I’m a very happy customer who hopefully won’t need to call them again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely use their services again!

Our fridge stopped cooling in the morning. TrustPro got a technician out the same day. He found the evaporator fan had failed, explained exactly what it would cost before starting, and had the part with him. The fridge was back to temperature the same visit and has been running perfectly since. Fair price, honest diagnosis, and no pressure to replace anything that did not need replacing. I would call them again.

I highly recommend TrustPro for appliance repair and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The gentleman that came over to fix our dryer was super sweet, very quick and informative. He let me know what the issue was, how it would be fixed and was able to get the work done quickly. He was very neat and even vacuumed the dryer and the work area before leaving. I would absolutely use them again.

The technician was great. He came in and he knew exactly what the issue was and it was fixed within 20 minutes with a new module installed. A very nice guy and very personal as well.

We had an excellent experience with TrustPro. We were dealing with a recurring washer issue even after another tech tried to fix it. The TrustPro tech diagnosed a partially blocked pressure switch. He completed the repair quickly at a reasonable price. Our washer is finally working now! We were impressed; gladly recommend TrustPro.

Our dryer got to a point where it was taking 3 cycles to dry anything. The tech quickly replaced the broken thermal fuse. He also noticed that the vent was partially clogged and cleaned it while he was there. I didn't ask for that but appreciated it. Glad we called TrustPro.

My dryer was not drying and I was not in town to service my unit. I called TrustPro and they were prompt and were able to get out to take care of the dryer. Rustam was very professional and showed me exactly what was wrong with the dryer. He was able to take care of it the same day. Highly recommend them.

Woke up to a freezer full of thawing food. The TrustPro technician came in the same day and found a bad evaporator fan and replaced it right away. The pricing was transparent and fair. Glad I called these guys. Highly recommended!
